Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 13, 2026

This policy explains how Epeirogeny Partners Inc processes information across our games, website, and related services.

One developer. Two games.
This policy covers Wasteland Queens: Card Survival and Memory Garden. Each game's data practices depend on its available features and release version.

Who we are and what this policy covers

Epeirogeny Partners Inc is responsible for the processing described in this policy. This policy applies to Wasteland Queens: Card Survival, Memory Garden, epeirogeny.com, and related support services. The data used depends on the game, its version, the features you choose, and your location.

Memory Garden is currently in development. Its reviewed local preview stores player profiles and progress on the device; purchases, rewarded advertising, and creative generation use test implementations. It downloads game artwork and content from our hosting service. Descriptions of optional online accounts, payments, advertising, and AI generation apply only when those services are enabled in the version you use. A local preview does not by itself activate them.

Information we process

Information common to our games

Wasteland Queens: Card Survival

Gameplay records can include collected cards, decks, squad configurations, battles, story choices, inventory, events, and rewards. When analytics or advertising services are enabled, they may also process session activity, feature usage, advertising identifiers, ad interactions, approximate location derived from IP address, and attribution events.

Memory Garden

Profile and gameplay records can include your chosen name, pronouns or form of address, persona preferences, selected characters, relationship progress, dialogue and story choices, invitations and in-game schedules, challenge results, saved illustrations, album entries, and private notes. Creative features can also involve selected templates, character, outfit, setting and mood choices, generation requests, job history, and outputs.

These choices personalize a fictional game experience. You do not need to provide your real name or sensitive real-world details. Avoid entering health information, financial details, precise addresses, or other sensitive information into notes or creative requests.

Local saves, media downloads, and device features

The current Memory Garden development preview saves profiles, progress, notes, and test creation records locally. Downloaded illustrations, audio, and video can be cached on your device. Requests to retrieve hosted content disclose ordinary connection information, such as IP address and the resource requested, to the hosting service; a content download does not require uploading your private notes or full save.

If a released version offers cloud backup, account synchronization, or online recovery, the corresponding in-app notice will explain which records leave your device before that feature is used. Local records are not automatically shared between our two games simply because they have the same developer.

Features that save media, set a wallpaper, schedule a reminder, or use notifications may require platform permissions. Where those features are available, use is optional and you can manage permissions in device settings. An in-game schedule is distinct from access to your system calendar. We do not need access to your entire photo library merely to display game artwork.

Creative and AI-assisted features

Memory Garden includes a creative-workshop concept. Its current local test generation is simulated and does not send requests to an external AI generation service. Pre-created game artwork may itself have been made with AI-assisted production tools; viewing that artwork does not submit player data to those tools.

If online AI generation is enabled in a future release, the selected creative inputs, necessary request identifiers, and any reference material you explicitly submit may be transmitted to generation and safety providers to produce the requested output, check prohibited content, and troubleshoot requests. Relevant providers and additional processing terms will be identified in the feature notice before submission.

Do not submit another person's private information or images without permission. Do not assume a private album makes information already sent to an online provider local-only. Any additional use of submitted content, including for model improvement, will be explained in the applicable notice and require consent where legally required.

How and why we use information

Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, we process information to provide a requested service or perform a contract, for legitimate interests such as security and service maintenance subject to your rights, to meet legal obligations, or with your consent for processing that requires it. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Advertising and analytics

Some game releases may include rewarded ads, interstitials, banners, analytics, or campaign attribution. Ad partners may process device and advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, and ad interaction data to deliver and measure advertisements, limit frequency, and prevent fraud.

Personalized advertising and cross-app tracking are subject to applicable consent and platform rules. You can manage available in-app privacy choices, deny tracking permission, and limit or reset advertising identifiers in device settings. The current Memory Garden local preview simulates rewarded ads; it does not connect that test flow to a live advertising network.

Where advertising disclosures qualify as a sale or sharing under applicable state law, you may request to opt out using the privacy contact below and available in-app controls. A choice for one game does not automatically change settings in another app.

Purchases and subscriptions

Where offered, real purchases are processed by Apple, Google, or the payment provider identified in the purchase flow. We do not receive your full payment card number or full billing credentials. We may receive transaction and entitlement information to deliver or restore purchases, validate subscriptions, prevent fraud, and resolve support requests.

Memory Garden's current local test purchases are simulated and do not create a real charge or store subscription. For an actual subscription, deleting a local profile or uninstalling an app does not cancel billing; manage subscriptions in the relevant store account.

When information is shared

Information may be processed by service providers for hosting and content delivery, account operations, support, diagnostics, payment validation, enabled analytics or advertising, and enabled creative generation. We limit disclosures to the purpose of the service and use appropriate contractual protections where required.

Depending on the title and enabled integration, providers described in our game services may include Amazon Web Services for hosting; AdMob, Meta, AppLovin, Unity, Fyber, or Mintegral for advertising; DataEye for analytics; AppsFlyer or Firebase for attribution; Firebase for crash reporting; and pay.epeirogeny.com for payment and subscription validation. This list does not mean every provider is active in every game, and it does not describe active integrations in Memory Garden's local test flows. App-store services and external links have their own privacy policies.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users and services, or as part of a corporate transaction with appropriate safeguards. Contacting support about one title does not authorize public disclosure of your private notes, relationship choices, or creative content in either game.

Website and external links

This website presents our games and links to store pages and email support. Its current pages do not set advertising cookies, include third-party analytics scripts, or embed third-party video players. The trailer is served from our own hosting. Hosting and content-delivery systems may process IP addresses, request times, requested URLs, and other ordinary access-log data to deliver and protect the site.

When you follow a store link, your browser connects to that store. An email link opens your mail application; sending an email shares the contents and sender details you choose to include. If we later add optional analytics or advertising cookies, we will provide the relevant information and consent mechanism where required.

Storage and international transfers

Local Memory Garden preview saves stay on the device unless you choose to export or share them. Hosted website resources and enabled online game services may be stored or processed on Amazon cloud servers in the United States. Other providers may operate in other countries.

For applicable cross-border transfers, we use safeguards required by law, such as contractual protections or an applicable recognized transfer mechanism. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your request.

How long information is kept

We retain information for the purpose for which it is needed, including providing enabled services, maintaining records of purchases, investigating security incidents, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. The period depends on the type of record and the relevant legal requirements.

Local saves and downloaded media generally remain until removed through available in-app controls, cleared from the device, or removed by the operating system. A local reset does not itself delete support correspondence, store transaction records, or any separately created online backup. Deletion requests may be subject to legally required retention; retained records are limited to those purposes.

Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction of processing, or objection to certain processing; withdraw consent; and exercise applicable advertising opt-out rights. You may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority or appeal a denied request as provided by law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

To make a request, email privacy@epeirogeny.com with the game name and the type of request. Include a player identifier if you have one, but do not send passwords or full payment details. We may ask for proportionate verification or proof of an authorized agent's authority.

Memory Garden's current test build offers a local profile reset in its settings. It resets local progress, test purchases, and creations. For online records, support correspondence, or data previously sent to an enabled provider, contact us separately. You can also control notifications, media permissions, tracking permissions, and available advertising choices through the app or device settings.

Children and younger players

Our games are not directed to children under 13 or a higher minimum age required by applicable law or the platform. Applicable store age ratings and content restrictions still apply. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

If you believe a child has provided information inappropriately, contact privacy@epeirogeny.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deleting information where required.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and enabled service. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Protect access to your device and any enabled account, and avoid sharing sensitive information in notes, screenshots, or support messages unless necessary.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy when our games or processing practices change. Material changes will be accompanied by notice where required, and new processing that requires consent will not rely solely on a policy update. The effective date at the top identifies this version.
